Our services aren’t just for seniors. We provide practical services that can’t be done when sick, injured, or when the task requires support, like grocery shopping, errands, and tasks around the house.
Care Services
Our model includes providing personal, dedicated care teams for each family with casual caregivers to cover shifts if needed. Our care team is available 24/7 to meet your needs when you need us to provide quality of life with compassionate care. Caregivers keep you informed on your loved one’s status after each visit, making sure you are kept up to date.
Care services are flexible and customized by our experienced care coordinators to suit your specific needs. The possibilities are limitless! Here are some examples:

Costs & Funding Options
Affordablity is always our priority, whether the services are paid for directly by the family or funded through other options. We are flexible in the number of hours we provide, whether that is for a short-term or long-term arrangement, all at a flat rate. Keep in mind, our services are tax deductible.

In fact, our services may be fully covered by one of the options listed below and they are not based on income. Whatever the case, we will always treat you like family and care for your family as if it were our own.
Self and Family Managed Care
This is a government-funded program that allows families to manage their own home care. This allows the family to make their own choices regarding their care with much greater flexibility. The Regional Health Authority case coordinator assesses the home care needs to determine the amount of funded hours you are eligible for. We help make this process easier by guiding you through the application process and providing you with the necessary reporting to be submitted.
MPI
MPI provides funding through the Personal Injury Protection Plan for caregiver and personal assistance coverage. Learn more here…
Private Insurance Coverage
Private Insurance coverage may include coverage for home care services. Check your policy or contact your provider to determine if you are eligible through your individual plan or group insurance plan through your employer.
Veterans Affairs
Veterans Affairs provides financial benefits for veterans and their caregivers through assistance programs. Depending on your circumstances and health needs, you may qualify for financial assistance to obtain services such as grounds maintenance, housekeeping, and personal care. Learn more here…
